At Starfire Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and patio upgrades. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most new, unassembled items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our designated returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
